Do you accept bulk or trade orders? Yes! If you are a grooming salon, school, or distributor looking for bulk hardware, please contact us at ezigrooming@gmail.com to discuss your requirements.


Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship worldwide? Yes, we ship our precision tools to groomers all over the globe. Whether you are in Europe, North America, or beyond, we can get our hardware to your door.

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Domestic (Sweden/EU): Typically 3–7 business days.

  • International: Usually 7–16 business days depending on your location and local customs processing. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched.

What shipping carriers do you use? We partner with major global carriers (such as DHL, PostNord, and UPS) to ensure your tools are handled with care and delivered reliably.

Will I have to pay international surcharges? For deliveries outside of our standard shipping zones or to remote areas, a surcharge may apply. If your order requires a specific carriage quotation, we will contact you via email before dispatching. Please note that local customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.


Products & Quality

Are your tools suitable for professional use? Absolutely. EziPetGrooming hardware is engineered for durability and precision. Our tools are used daily by professional groomers worldwide who demand high-performance equipment that holds an edge.

How do I maintain my scissors and stripping knives? To keep your tools in top condition, we recommend wiping them clean after every groom and applying a drop of high-quality clipper/scissor oil to the pivot point regularly. For stripping knives, ensure they are stored in a dry environment to maintain the integrity of the steel.


Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my product? We want you to love your new tools. If you need to return an unused item in its original packaging, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene and precision reasons, we cannot accept returns on tools that have already been used on a coat.

What if my item arrives damaged? We inspect every pair of scissors and every knife before it leaves us. However, if your order is damaged during transit, please email us at ezigrooming@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence so we can resolve it for you.
